Law and order is the highest calling of a free nation? I thought it was freedom. The Soviet Union always had law and order. But no visible protesters who weren't jailed.

How would you document that statement? It appears to be more of a personal wish or belief than anything factual.

What piece of evidence would you accept that would falsify that claim?
