certainly looks quite good...even backing out the one time item, it appears to be about .92 fully diluted for the year

backing out what was 2.003M in after tax earnings through 3 quarters (including the one time gain, which was recorded in Q3), it appears they did 433K in after tax, fully diluted earnings for Q4, or .18 per share

it will be interesting to see how the stock trades tomorrow, with very few shares in the float it could get real interesting <g>
