Pam, clix and etch, Thanks for the feedback. While I can't claim to grok everything that "The memory mix challenge" says, it at least sounds like the DRAM/flash switch can be tricky, especially in testing and at higher densities. And it also sounds like the threat from companies like Micron or STM that hope to do this sounds greater than it really is. Certainly, looking at projections of market share over the next couple of years which someone on this board printed a month or two ago suggests that the newcomers aren't going to all that much business for the trouble they are going to.
