I'll take Monika over Condasleeza any day. At least Monika understood that she wasn't MARRIED to Bill. Condasleeza still thinks George is her husband. Hey, she's just Sec of State (after being the single most incompetent NSA ever, both before and after 911) so what if she's insane? Heck, it wasn't just a balanced budget, it was a budget in surplus. We need those fiscally responsible Dems back before the Republicans bankrupt us and put us into hock to Communist China.
