The US embassy is closed since the invasion in 1979. Trees have grown behind the walls and can be seen from the street. Went out today with flat battery of the camera. No photos! Passed the houses fo Shah Reza Pahlavi. Today is a museum but it was closed for the public due to holiday. Will go there Friday next week. Lanscape here you will find only in the National Geographic pages. Astonishing beautiful. South of the city is spring. North is still late winter!!! Incredible. T-shirt need at the south. A fleece shirt on the north. Clear water falls down as snow melts. Three lakes catch the water to supply the city.
