You tell me whether or not, in my parable, you'd have spent low six figures of your hard-earned money to defend Lucky_Girl for months and perhaps years to the bitter end, with full knowledge that money would be gone forever -- as opposed to spend a ton less to get the case dismissed immediately -- and I'll tell you that you've answered your own question.
