The Amex listing is a big step for MPV as the US newswires will pick up news as it comes out from the company.The profile of the company will get more attention.Look for DBRs to deliver the FS early as to try to take up the FS at the Debeers board meeting in MAY.It would seem that the long wait for MPV shareholders is about to end.Jan at IR thinks the company will get a takeover bid from Debeers, and it will be fair to all MPV shareholders.He does not think Debeers will low ball us,because Debeers new management is trying to become the" partner of choice" in Canada.He said he thinks the offer will be generous and that shareholders will be pleased.He told me to hang on to my shares,"you are going to do very well".He also said John Kaiser and him are on the same page as far as the outcome for GK.
