Rgjack, The drop in the AM was caused by insiders exercising options, details below. I thought that CNR showed real strenght in spite of it.

Mandatory Notification of Trade

March 31, 2005 - Oslo, Norway - CanArgo Energy Corporation
(OSE: CNR, Amex: CNR) (`CanArgo`) announced today that on
March 30, 2005 certain Directors and Officers exercised
CanArgo share options and sold the shares. These options
were priced at $0.10, which was some 2.5 times the share
price in March 2003 when the option terms were set. The
selling price of the shares was NOK 7.9948 (approximately
$1.266).

The two Executive Directors exercised options and sold as
follows;

CEO and Chairman, Dr. David Robson, sold 1,000,000 shares.
Balance after the sale is 3,500,000 options and 457,760
shares of common stock in CanArgo.

CFO and Executive Director, Vincent McDonnell, sold 300,000
shares. Balance after the sale is 1,200,000 options and
200,000 shares of common stock in CanArgo.

One Non-Executive Director, Nils Trulsvik, also sold
250,000 shares.
