Thanks for pointing out the obvious. Now I will help you to understand the discussion by pointing out the obvious to you.

We have less troops in Germany and Japan today than we did in late 1945, therefore US troops have withdrawn from those occupations.

This is what Boxer is requesting, I am requesting, and how to turn the second Iraq war into an undisputed success. Begin the process of leaving, and let the Iraqis resume control of their democratic nation.

That is the goal of the campaign (at least these days), ya know......
