There is a lot more micro-management from the WH going on now than there used to be. Yep. And as far as I am concerned, that is a good thing. We hold Bush responsible for every little thing, he should be able to get it done his way. The biggest battle is with the environmental greenies who are locked into civil service and keep making regulations that the President doesn't want. When he thwarts them, they leak a distorted version to the media. The hell with them.
