You plainly don't understand the definition of fact. It is a fact that he made the statement as to her beliefs, but we can never know that what he claims were her beliefs truly were so. True but it is still a fact......unsubstantiated but nonetheless a fact considered by the court. You can refuse to believe it. That's the choice you have to make since this particular fact can never be substantiated. I, on the other hand, believe she did say that..........everyone I know close to me has said the very something from time to time. I've had enough of this, fact is, much disputing his word on this could not possibly have been found wanting as it simply was not considered at all. You attempt to make Nurse Saur a lonely voice, when in fact multiple Nurses offered their own stories which are quite collaboratively negative concerning hubby Michael. Yes, I'm done...you've offered fascists thoughts you stand by, you've shown your great respect for law as it's been carried out rather than a willingness to judge using your own common sense, and you've suggested I've threatened you when I plainly did not. When I elucidate just how it is that I've certainly not threatened you, and ask if you still feel I have, you leave it stand by not responding at all. Look. I can not imagine any human being wanting to live in a vegetative state. What could they possibly gain? Terri was confined to a bed or a chair 24/7. She had to be fed through her navel. She had to wear a diaper. Her face was frozen into one expression. She could not eat or talk. It makes absolutely no sense that she would want to live that way. She was a woman very concerned with her appearance. And to keep her alive so her parents could visit her from time to time seems cruel. You think I am mean spirited.....well frankly, I can say the same about you.
