None at all....Qwest can barely manage the biz they have now (I know because unfortunately they're the local phone carrier here).

On another topic, I see that ABK has barely budged despite MBI's recent RealManning....my understanding is they stayed (more or less) primarily w/muni bond insuring, and didn't get into all the exotica that MBI got into. Anyone got a take on this?

CNBC commented yesterday that both verizon and qwest would be paying out with MCIP's cash.

qwest + MCI seems like another bride of frankenstein union.
