It is less than 300 times to Asia (I mean I have not gone back and forth that often) -- but when you move around Asia north to south and back to the USA and Europe and North America and South America and it adds up. I never have added it up, but probably less than half that, more like 125 times -- enough to get to know the area a bit. For while I commuted to Japan on weekends -- and then sometimes to South America I would go via New York -- not so direct in air miles. As for specifics, I have never seen this as the place for that.
