The difference is, Buffett may get away with it. He has enough political pull (Ahhhnold, etc.) and contributions that only actual criminal charges would make the politicos shy away from him.

It is a proprietary service.

If that comes in I think it would be a plus for treasuries and the stock market. Anything under 200,000 and treasuries will likely be flying.
