Judges that blatantly don't follow the law should be impeached. For example when judge Ginsberg or O'Conner cites laws of foreign countries and says that we should be more in tune with the rest of the world as their justification for a decision with NOTHING taken from U.S. Law...she should IMMEDIATELY be impeached for that. The Constitution says in plain language that any powers not specifically provided for in the Constitution are RESERVED FOR THE STATES.
