So Linux isn't what brought SUN down? "FREE" & "open" vs proprietary weren't being touted constantly throughout 2004? IBM has a better Unix? IBM didn't make most of their money in 2004 in service, acting like the good shepherd thru all this "free stuff?" I stand corrected. That was my impression. Funny, those same arguments were used to bring down the Mac. Open, vs closed, and then the open became owned by M-S. OK, Sun is a bad stock...now, but as a company they're still admirable.
