That's for sure, LB! The real answer will be that everyone get their wishes known to the people close to them, and written down as well. Things can still go wrong, even then, but it should happen less often. And of course, don't even think of having a spouse or former spouse, like Michael, or like my former moon-bat dau-in-law.
