The new Iraqi government has published who got the Oil-for-Food bribes. Russian and French officials were the largest beneficiaries, check it out. The French had also gotten a really sweet deal for TotalFinaElf, which could only be concluded if the sanctions were lifted. And surprise, surprise, surprise, the French were working to lift the sanctions. Again, it helps if you know the history. But maybe in your case, it doesn't.

I've searched for information regarding these allegations...and find no substantiation.

Are you going to name names in these serious charges...or will you just let the "French and Russians" suffice?

Who, what, when, and where are needed to understand what you are saying here. Where is this list of bribe takers?
