I couldn't believe it when I read it calculated, the man is a NUT! I wish someone would sit him down with some older japanese who got burned by the 1989 property bubble there and have them give him some real world experience to his flights of fancy. Maybe like these huge purchases coming in from the caribbean on US bonds, a Plunge Protection Team will be set up for housing and as the buying dries up and foreclosures begin to amass - the gubbment through foreign offshore accounts will try to print lotsa dollars and purchase the homes like they do the bonds? My local realtor tells me lots of foreign offshore investment groups are buying like mad here in the clearwater area.
