The Schiavo case wakes people up AGAINST activist rightwing judges. Although several of the pro-Schiavo judges were big coservative christians. So even the rightwing judges know their own people (and congressmen) are idiots.

It's pretty amusing that the right is against "activist judges" until they need one. This whole Schiavo passion play has been nothing but a search for an activist judge to order the feeding tube re-inserted.
