You think I am wrong about his popularity? Think again. Two points. I have no doubt about Doran's popularity. Tek said he was a very good public speaker. I entertained the idea of having him invited to my place of retirement. Tek was going to work it out but the semester ended and we all went on to other things. As is always apt to happen at semesters' ends. Second, my comment was directed to the observation you were making about the popularity of the other faculty members. That you don't know.
