The Washington Post is doing what congress has failed to do, investigating the most corrupt man in DC Tom DElay and bringing him down. Now you see why the rightwing always attacks the press. They want 100% total power and freedom to be corrupt as possible and the press frightened them, as do voters who are educated, read and actually think. Also, when Delay falls, many will fall with him, maybe even the whole nest of pirates and highwaymen calling themselves "moral" conservatives.
