Frank, your not kidding us this morning are you?

I wonder how to respond to two contrary indicators Greenie and Wicklund giving opposing signals.

Odd how many are so critical of GS. If I recall Terry Darling was held in high regard here for correctly calling the end of the last cycle. Also the same people cite Lee Raymonds comments. Now if there was ever a person talking his position so obviously it is Mr Big Oil.

There will be a lot of turbines running this summer but don't count on them using NG. The southeast is getting pounded by rain AGAIN and there are a LOT of dams in the southeast. Seattle also has rain in the forecast (read snow in the mountains) for 10 of the next 10 days.

The drought map for this past week also shows the situation improving in the Cascades. The extreme and most of the exceptional drought areas on the map are arid high plains and have virtually no dams to begin with. The southeast has virtually no areas that are even slightly short on water.

Sounds like you are investing based on summer being hotter than normal and winter being colder than normal. I bet they are both pretty much normal.
