I must say, if Tim disagrees with some court decisions, and complains, it might hardly be a bad thing let alone anti-democratic or anti-American system, at all. Fact is, mistakes are made, and the stamp of officialdom can never make wrongs right...as in the Schiavo case, IMO. You may disagree, but there are certainly cases where you would find it appropraite to complain too, I'm sure.

It's not a bad thing if he disagrees; however, its becoming a common complaint from the right and there is talk of changing the role of the courts or restricting them. All because the courts are unwilling to give them what they want. That is not the role of the courts. They must operate within the parameters defined by the Constitution no matter what their political beliefs are.

BTW all of the judges that oversaw the Schiavo case were conservative Republicans.
