I think if Sptizer weren't running for Governor, he'd have gotten into this one. He's done the work of the SEC, so why not do this one that gets a little substance. This issue is at least as important as over-charging by insurance issues.

It is amazing though what Spitzer was able to accomplish with a tiny budget compared to the SEC.
