UFB...there are soooooo many like her out there.<NG>

My sister-in-law, who is notoriously bad with handling her money (ie, plays keno slots in Vegas and has made every possible bad investment choice you can imagine) told my wife a month ago that "I'm going to buy a house and you can't say anything to stop me" (she lives in San Fernando Valley in a condo; has a decent job but no savings 'cause she pisses away every cent). I told my wife to let me know the minute she closes, 'cause she would surely mark the tip top of the RE bubble. In the meantime she lost her driver's license and can't get to work, so she's cancelled her plans to buy the house. Good for her but bad for RE bears everywhere...(heheh).
