Yes, I know, Brumar. Some of the citizens are now fighting the insurgents, hoping for a real peace, and the Sunnis want their people to join the police force, to make it into an actual decent and functional police department.

I think the Coalition did horrible things in Iraq, though, and I will always believe there was evil on their (our) part as well as Saddam's. The article I posted showed one view of that, of how much destruction and sorrow we are responsible for.
