Considering that the Civil War was what it was, Lincoln was not wrong to not attend funerals.
The article does not say FDR attended none.

Fortunately I do not know anyone killed in Iraq and I am also not responsible, as shrub is, for their deaths there.

I see most of the rest were republican Presidents.
