Why is it so difficult for you to understand. All these countries fought for their independence from dictators and colonialists. No outside power came in and got their independence and hand it to them. The Iraqis have to fight their own fight. Right now the Iraqis want the Americans to leave and if it requires them to show America the finger (those shots of Iraqis showing their forefinger which FOX News interprets it as "I voted"), the Iraqis will do so. They are not the type who would embrace democracy. Their history, their culture centers around tribalism, factions etc. etc.
