:0) ... I do not believe it, because no one knows the neutral point, and no one controls interest rate for long.

I figure inflation is running at 10+% all around the world, and interest rate has at least another 1000 basis points to rise before compensating for inflation.

I think the market will over-compensate once the masses realize the mistake of their earlier ways.
