I'm in much better shape than a simple first look would suggest. We survived an Ice Age I suppose by packing on pounds when we could. Over all, I'm pretty healthy and don't tend to get all the illnesses that the other members of the family do, or, if I get them, they tend to be less serious for me. I put on muscle but keep a lot of padding. Cardiovasularly, for the most part, I'm in pretty good shape. Much better than most people with my body mass. Wife just said Pope died. Hope they get someone more liberal even than him. They are in desperate need of someone in favor of contraception.
