Shall we set 3 1/2 million Irish back to spare the feelings of one man? One thing I did notice when I was there and was glad to see id that the Irish looked like they were doing well. They were prosperous. They looked like the English and other Europeans. I read the novels describing Ireland in the 1910's and 1920 and 1930s and 1940s and 1950s and describing it as the hellhole of Europe. I was glad to see they had overcome this and were now living good lives. Do we give all that back to keep one old man happy? Gimme a break.
