Kerry's misspeak isn't really all that funny, if you realize that there are plenty of leftists (Ramsey Clarke/Noam Chomsky types) who claim that Pol Pot was our man and we created the Khmer Rouge. It's the same nitwits who say that we provided Saddam with his WMD and created Bin Laden. Thus, I will never be sure whether Kerry misspoke, or simply was parroting the party line without self-awareness.
