Kevin,

Look at your posting history. Whether it's me or someone else posting, you post that there is no such problem and just ask for examples. It's a bogus question because hedge funds are secretive by nature and don't want their scams to be open to the public.

That's why I've advocated thorough and open investigations, probably by Congressional committee. Let's not take an apologist's word for it. Let's see if there really are manipulative activities being done, including naked shorting, abuse of loopholes by MM's, use of international trading desks, etc.

How could anyone object to that? Let's expose the truth. Perhaps you will be proven right. What are you afraid of?

Geof posts the Sedonna case and you turn it around claiming it's one type of activity or something and the company was probably or maybe was or could have been involved. Deflection, typical of an apologist.

It's ok if you are paid to defend hedgies or MM's. Just don't get your panties so bunched up. Your responses are getting more and more treble as you repeat yourself.

Just as the guru defenders were blinded to the possibililty that there would be a guilty verdict, it may very well be that they are blinded or rather trying to put blinders on others with respect to the issues raised. How many posts did you leave here claiming that there was no criminality, no manipulation? You were wrong then but couldn't accept it and you're wrong IMO on these issues.
