You completely copped out on all the other points in my previous post to focus on whether Iraqis could exit their country. There are 100's of thousands of Iraqis that left the country...most of them did so illegally of course.

And during the invasion, neighboring countries of Iran, Syria, Turkey and Jordan all made preparations to receive refugees. They planned to serve a million refugees.

Included in those refugees are Curveball, Chalabi and Saddam's brother. You don't need Saddam's permission to leave if your willing to cross the border in the desert or the mountains...and 100's of thousands have done so.

Now back to the other points which you wish to evade...because you have no answers...
