Re:4/12/05 - [UCSY] Another Zwebner lawsuit tossed out Recall that on 4/1/05 Michael Zwebner filed a Petition for a Pure Bill of Discovery against Lycos (case 1:05cv20917 in U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida (Miami)). The day before, which hadn't heretofore been mentioned on this board, he had also filed a similar Petition against Turner Broadcasting for defendant aliases wolfblitzzer0 and royal_octavo (case 1:05cv20916 in U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida (Miami)). On 4/12/05, that latter suit was "closed." - Jeff
