NS .. In addition to your observations. I heard that inflows into the Foreign and Emerging Market Mutual Funds have dropped off drastically in the last few weeks. And also it has slacked off into the energy sector as well. So if inflows are just sitting in .. or being directed to Money Markets at the moment while waiting for a definitive direction .. That's a Bullish Market waiting for a Bottom. IMHO I just wonder if we'll need to see more downside or Capitulation first B4 we see a meaningful bottom or if it's still plausible to Rally from here without testing some other low. My question is .. when we do find a bottom ? .. which sectors will emerge as the Leaders ? I feel the rotation may have already started. Ray
