Seems to me, if one uses as an excuse for the Death Penalty, the Deterrent Value, the Saudis seem to have it down pretty pat!! jdn

Where are the ACLU and Red Cross types? Don't they have anything to say about displaying beheaded bodies and heads on pikes? Isn't that kind of behavior considered barbaric and a violation of human rights?

If the USofA did something like that it would be headlined in every newspaper in the world......for days and days.
