I don't think so. We didn't get any bang for the buck with those tax cuts, esp early on when we were creating 1K jobs/mo. The tax cuts were supposed to keep that from happening. Now we have inflationary pressure at least in part due to the crashing dollar which is debt related. I think there has been horrible fiscal management all along from the current team. Fortunately, they can't do anymore damage than has already occurred because we are broke as a nation.

In its own way, isn't the increased cost of oil a tax. It would be interesting to know how much this would be as a tax?
