yes. There was also an article about Sunni Clerics urging Sunnis to join the Iraqi police and military to thwart insurgents. Even the Sunnis are starting to see the folly of creating a civil war. Things are moving in the right direction. It's never fast enough for the critics, but it is actually moving along VERY fast when compared to historical precedents such as Germany and Japan, especially when considering those populations didn't have an insurgency and were cooperating with their own reformation.
