i am 100% long and have been for some time (cause i never get my bloody bounce and am too chicken to short without it). there are always some stocks going up while the sky is falling and good stockpickers will have opportunity to profit in the storm. my view of the next two years 2005 and 2006 is pretty nasty. i believe we see plenty of ugliness in the indexes. i havent given a lot of thought to targets since i has no real bearing on my short term trading, but it wouldnt surprise me at all to have the ndx hit 1000 in that window.
