DavesM, Six minutes is an acceptable downtime. Anything beyond that becomes iffy but not impossible. What made Terri Schiavo's heart stop was the electrolyte imbalance, brought on, in all probability, by her long-term bulimia condition. What I am saying is that when Michael Schiavo found her on the floor, she was already clinically dead, her brain function hopelessly and irretrievably gone. It was not a simple cardiac arrest. - Holly
