Goddamit!! That's pretty OLD stuff.... 1996?!? Are you kiddin' me? SI's (crappy) search engine can't dig up posts older than four months!!! That is, everything that was written on SI prior to January 1st, 2005 is LOST --or, at least, non-retrievable.

And no, I don't track IFMX anymore, I seem to remember that IFMX was bought out by another company 6 or 7 years ago....

Ed, please, give me a favor... Since you've apparently hacked SI's search engine, you must be able to dig up my first post about the successor to John Paul II. As you probably recall, I was the first to predict that (retired) Archbishop of Paris, Mgr Jean-Marie Lustiger, will be the next Pope... So, I'd be grateful to you for retrieving it --I'll use it as a "you heard it here first" jingle....
