Yup , exactly, bcc...a well known but often not used box ... new users hardly ever think that far , they just hit forward and have a list of "recipients" that gets pasted in the "to" box and the complete thing along with the list of every forwarder that ever had anything to do with it ...I am sure you have all seen examples ..easy to put on ignore or ban unless the guilty people are those you have to correspond with .. Looks like I will just have to keep trying to get their attention ..it seems the hard part is convincing them that it is important .... thanks anyway .. G
