Stock market crashed and we're all still alive. Real Estate market may crash and will get through that to.

Agreed. Lots of leveraged folks in the bubble markets will be hurt as will the speculative crowd but we will survive unless we get another depression. Unfortunately the longer this misallocation of capital goes on the greater chance that happens down the road.
