Well, Digr, you posted many times about the possibility of doing a deal with GE, so it would be hard to conclude that you did NOT want to do a deal with them. What's more, you knew very well that the company had no money at the time, so any deal would necessarily have had to have been for stock, rather than cash. Obviously, you wanted a piece of Cangalli. Only after having failed to get it, did you begin to call the company a scam.
