No, I actually like Santorum. He is way too extreme for my taste, but I think he is honest and committed to his philosophy.

I think Delay is to the Republicans what Pelosi is to the Dems -- just an attack dog. Hastert would be a much better spokesman for the Republicans, but is constantly overshadowed by Delay's troubles. He needs to go.
