Where in the world did you get this information?

'97-'98 was financially painful for me but I remember that oil demand grew during this time period. The problem was Iraq suddenly appeared on the world market with 3 million barrels a day, the Asian growth that was expected never materialized and OPEC was slow to recognize this along with IEA's famed "paper barrels".
