Was he found 100% responsible or only for a small percentage? If he was 10% at fault and Terri was 90% at fault, should he have to pay full cost? I don't know what the actual case concluded, just throwing out a thought as to why award seems low considering the care she required.

I don't think there's a legal requirement that jurors be able to do nore than sit in their chairs for long periods. :-)
