Aero, I don't like to do spreads with the front month this short; frankly, I'm uncomfortable predicting a 10% drop in the price of a security in less than two weeks. The front month hasn't always been that friendly to me. My preference would be to buy the May 55 puts at about $2.00 (maybe today) and then see if a few days could bring me the May 50 puts to sell at a dollar or better and have a 5:1 put spread working for me with 6 weeks to go. P.M. me if you have a moment about your strangles and other structures you like to do. Kb
